Refund Policy

At Affluent Cars Ltd, we aim to provide a reliable and professional service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

 

Deposits

​

  • Deposits are required to secure bookings.

  • Unless stated otherwise in writing, deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve a vehicle and chauffeur exclusively for your booking.

 

Cancellations by the Client

​

Refunds for cancellations depend on the notice given before the booking date:

 

  • More than 14 days’ notice:
    Deposit may be transferred to a future booking (subject to availability), but not refunded.

  • 7–14 days’ notice:
    Deposit is non-refundable. No further charges apply.

  • Less than 7 days’ notice:
    No refund will be issued, and the full booking fee may be payable.

 

Cancellations by Affluent Cars

If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, vehicle breakdown or force majeure), you will be offered:

 

  • A suitable alternative vehicle where possible, or

  • A full refund of all monies paid

 

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Service Disruption

​

No refunds will be issued for delays or changes caused by:

 

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Road closures

  • Client lateness

  • Events outside our reasonable control

​

We will always make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

 

No-Shows

​

If the client or passengers fail to attend at the agreed pick-up time and location, this will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

 

Early Termination

​

If a booking is ended early at the client’s request, no partial refund will be provided.

 

Future Services

​

Affluent Cars Ltd may introduce self-drive vehicle hire services in the future. Refund terms for those services will be provided separately and may differ from chauffeur services.

 

How Refunds Are Processed

​

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
